CONCLUSION
Now the school report. I know the Principal’s report is not a very welcome interlude during the cultural programme. I have tried to trim it but excessive trimming of the school report is like presenting your score card after deducting some marks yourself. Well, that was in a lighter vein. We all know, presentation of the school report on its Annual Day is an enduring tradition to take time to pause, turn around to look at the fruitful year gone by, achieving both the expected and unexpected, while setting various milestones and then synergizing ourselves to move ahead to face the challenges in the coming year, with a positive attitude. But I am not going to read out all the details of the report right now. The detailed report of the Jayantian vista will be shown to you during the programme on the screen. Let me avail this opportunity to express and extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to all who in one way or the other helped and supported for the gradual growth of this new institution. Dear parents let me speak a few words to you. (Kannada)

As the academic year 2019-20 draws to a close, I stand here on behalf of the Jayantian family and extend a note of gratitude to all those who have made this evening and this year possible.

My sincere thanks to the Provincial and the Councillors for their solid support in all aspects of our school. It also gives me immense pleasure to thank our Chief Guest, Dr. T. H. Anjanappa for kindly accepting our invite and inaugurate the function.

I also extend my heartfelt thanks to our Manager & Superior, Rev. Fr. Josekutty P.D CMI, for his remarkable and positive presence and constant motivation.

Heartfelt and sincere thanks to our Administrator, Rev. Fr. Lijo P Thomas CMI, for his passion and support that is the ladder that helps us cross all obstacles to success.

Tons of gratitude to the architect of our school and the Director of Campus Development, Rev. Fr. Som Zacharias CMI for his vision, encouragement and appreciation of our efforts.

Heartfelt gratitude to those who put their heart and soul into stage arrangements, light and sound management, programme co-ordination and attention to the tiniest of details, without which an event of such magnitude could not have been executed to such perfection.

This journey of “The Winter’s Tale” would not have been possible without the unstifled enthusiasm of my dearest students, their parents and the unconditional support of my staff – teachers, administrative staff and supporting staff.

Dear fathers and brothers of the CMI Ashram, teachers and supporting staff of Kristu Jayanti College, Panchayath members, villagers, benefactors and well-wishers, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this annual day celebration a successful journey.

Let me mention some of the names who really deserve bouquet of thanks Jude Sir, Steephan Deepak Sir, Sarvesh Sir, Bino Sir, Aby Sir, Sreedhar Sir, Madhumalini Mam and the students who came here for the programme and as volunteers. Special thanks to Sri. Sreenanth, Jerin and team for their videography and Report Presentation.

I deem to express my sincere gratitude to Fr. Abin Kallarackal CMI who had taken a lot of pain despite having a heap to study as an MBA student for making the LED display colourful and meaningful.

Let me appreciate and thank my beloved teachers who spent their time and energy dreams and passions, imagination and skill to form our students to brighter heights with confidence.

Before I end, I would like to recite a quote that sums up my feelings of pride at our achievements and the unquenchable aspiration to improve and forge ahead –
“Maybe there is a road ahead of it,
Maybe there is a new world down the road,
Walking forth is the only plight,
Because we didn’t come this far to come this for only.”
